Workshop format and how to register
The workshop runs in small group sessions at our Madrid location. Here is everything you need to know before deciding to join.
How the workshop is structured
The session is designed to be practical from the first minute. Not a lecture — a working session.
Each session runs approximately four hours, including a short break. The pace is deliberate — enough time to work through real examples without rushing.
Sessions are kept small to allow questions and discussion. Participants can raise specific situations from their own communities during the session.
The workshop takes place at C. de San Bernardo, 23, Centro, 28015 Madrid. The venue is accessible by metro and public transport.
Sessions are conducted in Spanish. All materials are provided in Spanish. Contact us if you have specific language requirements.
How to sign up
The process is straightforward. No complicated forms or lengthy procedures.

Confirm your place
We will respond with available dates and session details. Once you confirm, your place is reserved. Sessions have limited capacity, so earlier contact is better.
Prepare for the session
We will send you a brief preparation note beforehand. If you have your community's annual accounts available, bring a copy — working with real documents makes the session more relevant.
Attend the workshop
Arrive at the San Bernardo address at the agreed time. All materials are provided on the day. You leave with a practical understanding of your community's financial documents.
Preparation makes the difference
The workshop works with anonymised example documents, so you don't need to bring anything specific. That said, if you have your community's most recent annual accounts or a recent special assessment notice, bringing them allows you to apply what you learn directly to your own situation.
Bring a notepad or device for notes. Everything else is provided.
